Kenneth Wilson started training in the Martial Arts in 1978 at the age of 15. He has been teaching Fitness Kickboxing since 1998. He was certified by the National Association of Professional Martial Artists and attended many seminars and classes for Fitness Kickboxing and the Martial Arts. He constantly studies fitness and nutrition and he strives to bring you the latest fitness information. Kenneth takes a personal interest in the wellness of all of his students. FitKick is a total body fitness program. Ken incorporates resistance and weight training with kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, large exercise balls and medicine balls. He uses cardio paddles, focus pads, boxing gloves and heavy bags. Every FitKick class is different so you work all of your muscles and it doesn't get boring. Ken also holds personal training sessions for those who need one on one coaching and instruction.
